Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at EDGE Solar. We strive to provide high-quality solar energy equipment and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@edgesolar.com and send your item to our return address.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or special-order items.
  • Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@edgesolar.com with details and photos of the damage.
  • We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at info@edgesolar.com with your order number.
